Briana Humbrecht brings 20 years of experience in the home and health care industry to her role as Chief Executive Officer. She promotes a strategic blend of executive leadership, operational insight, and business development experience to her role with Egan At Home.

As CEO, Briana leads the company’s operations, growth initiatives, and commitment to service excellence. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership style, she works closely with clients, families, caregivers, referral partners, and staff to ensure clear communication and dependable, personalized support. Her focus on strong systems, team accountability, caregiver development, and meaningful relationships helps guide Egan At Home’s continued growth while preserving its longstanding tradition of compassionate care since 1988.

Michelle Clay brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry to her role as Payroll and Billing Manager with Egan At Home. Her extensive background and deep understanding of home and health care operations make her a trusted and valued member of the team.

With a genuine passion for helping others, Michelle supports multiple departments and plays an important role in ensuring billing and payroll processes run smoothly for both clients and staff. She finds great fulfillment in her work at Egan At Home and is always available to assist families and partners with billing-related questions.

Toni Rossi is a lifelong Louisiana native and devoted family man who brings strong community values and a genuine commitment to helping others to his role as Staffing Coordinator at Egan At Home. Born and raised in Louisiana, and an experienced world traveler, Toni understands the importance of trust, dependability, and treating every family with care and respect.

With more than 20 years of scheduling experience in the film industry, Toni is skilled at coordinating complex schedules, managing changing priorities, and holding team members accountable. His extensive experience has shaped his highly organized, detail-oriented approach and his ability to respond calmly and effectively when schedules change.

As Staffing Coordinator, Toni works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to promote reliable staffing and continuity of care. His approachable nature, strong organizational skills, and deep ties to the community help ensure each client receives the dependable, personalized support they deserve.

Sumeika brings more than 18 years of hands-on caregiving experience in the home care and healthcare industries to her role as Care Coordinator at Egan At Home. A New Orleans native, she understands the importance of family, community, and providing care that honors each client’s individual needs, preferences, and routines.

Sumeika specializes in assessing client needs, supporting and educating caregivers, and developing personalized care plans that promote safety, comfort, dignity, and continuity of care. She works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to build strong relationships, maintain clear communication, and ensure each care plan is carried out with consistency and compassion.

As a Caregiver at heart, her belief that “caregiving skills can be taught, but a caregiver’s heart comes from within,” Sumeika is passionate about developing dependable caregivers who possess both the ability and the genuine desire to serve others.
