Our Story
Egan At Home is a family-owned, locally operated personal care company proudly serving the Greater New Orleans area since 1988. Built on decades of experience in health and home care. Egan became a trusted name in home health, hospice, and non-medical in-home care throughout Louisiana.
What began with a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care, grew into a comprehensive family of services designed to support individuals and families at every stage of life. Over the years, Egan expanded to include home health, hospice, and personal care services—each grounded in the same core values of integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
In 2020, Egan’s home health and hospice services joined Ochsner Health Systems, now known as Egan-Ochsner, further strengthening the legacy and impact of the Egan name in the region. Today, Egan At Home continues to thrive as an independent company, focused exclusively on trusted, non- medical in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We are proud to be a one-stop resource for families navigating care decisions, offering guidance on insurance coverage and private-pay options when needed. For more than three decades, Egan has served Louisiana families, earning a reputation as one of the region’s most respected and trusted providers of in-home care.

Patrick Egan
President
Patrick brings more than 17 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare industry to Egan At Home. His background includes managing and operating home health, hospice, durable medical equipment, and healthcare staffing organizations throughout the Greater New Orleans area.
Driven by a strong commitment to community service, Patrick founded Egan At Home in 2022 to meet the growing need for high-quality, non-medical in-home care. He is deeply focused on supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes, while maintaining the highest standards of caregiver training and compassionate care.
Nicole Loque
Chief Executive Officer
Nicole Louque brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the home care industry to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Egan At Home. Throughout her career, she has held positions across operations, clinical coordination, and business development—giving her a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of home care delivery.
As CEO, Nicole is a trusted resource to clients, referral partners, and the broader healthcare community. She is deeply committed to caregiver education and ongoing training, ensuring Egan At Home’s team consistently delivers high-quality, dependable care. Her hands-on leadership, operational expertise, and dedication to excellence help guide both families and staff with confidence and compassion.
Michelle Clay
Billing Manager
Michelle Clay brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry to her role as Billing Manager at Egan At Home. Her extensive background and deep understanding of healthcare operations make her a trusted and valued member of the team.
With a genuine passion for helping others, Michelle supports multiple departments and plays an important role in ensuring billing and payroll processes run smoothly for both clients and staff. She finds great fulfillment in her work at Egan At Home and is always available to assist families and partners with billing-related questions.
Andranisha Williams
Care Coordinator
Andranisha Williams brings nearly 14 years of experience in patient care and home care services to her role as Care Coordinator at Egan At Home. Her background spans multiple care-focused roles, all rooted in a strong commitment to client well-being and personalized support.
Passionate about serving her community, Andranisha works closely with families and caregivers to ensure care plans are thoughtfully coordinated and consistently delivered. Her experience, compassion, and attention to detail make her a trusted advocate for the clients and families she serves.

Briana is a proud New Orleans native who brings a strategic blend of creativity and executive-level experience in the home care industry to Egan At Home. With a strong focus on relationship-building and growth, she leads business development, sales, and marketing initiatives across the Greater New Orleans area.
Known for her exceptional organization and attention to detail, Briana ensures referral partners and families receive consistent communication and personalized support. Her collaborative approach and commitment to service play a key role in strengthening community partnerships and expanding Egan At Home’s presence in the market.

Our Egan At Home Caregiving Team are the heart of everything we do. Each member of our team is carefully selected not only for their experience and skill, but for their compassion, professionalism, and genuine commitment to serving others.
Our caregivers are trained in providing high-quality, non-medical support with Activities of Daily Living, including personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, and specialized memory care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. We take pride in matching each client with a caregiver whose personality, strengths, and experience align with their unique needs—creating meaningful connections that go beyond basic care.
What sets our team apart is their dedication to delivering a truly elevated, concierge-level experience. Whether it’s supporting a client through their morning routine with our Sunrise Services, assisting with evening wind-down through our Sunset Services, or simply providing companionship and peace of mind, our caregivers approach every shift with attentiveness, respect, and excellence.

Our Care Team
Our exceptional caregiving team is carefully selected, thoroughly screened, and extensively trained to help you remain at home—safe, supported, and comfortable. Every Egan At Home caregiver completes a rigorous hiring process that includes background and drug screenings, verification of experience, personal interviews, and competency evaluations. Ongoing education and up-to-date training ensure our caregivers are prepared to meet changing needs with confidence and professionalism.
Beyond their qualifications, our caregivers provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They o er attentive supervision, medication reminders as directed, companionship, and emotional support—always focusing on dignity, independence, and routine. With compassion, consistency, and skill, our care team delivers trusted support that gives clients comfort and families true peace of mind.
